Screen Printing for Cylindrical Products
For projects that require a large image wrapping around the circumference of the part, we most likely would recommend cylindrical screen printing. This type of screen printing is often used for rigid or flexible bottles, jars, syringes, tubes, vials, or most any cylindrical part. Screen printing also creates opaque images with impressive results and color contrast regardless of the part color.
Pad Printing for Cylindrical Products
For projects that do NOT require a large image wrapping around the circumference of the part, we would most likely recommend pad printing. Meaning, as a rule, approximately 25% of a circumference can be pad printed with standard vertical pad printing without the image distorting.
Foil Banding for Cylindrical Products
With foil banding, we are able to decorate virtually any shaped plastic cap, closure, collar or dispenser shroud with an impressive, high-end appearing reflective metallic foil or a high gloss opaque colored foil which is not achievable with pad printing or screen printing inks.
