This year marks our 30th year in business. We can celebrate this milestone thanks to your support and continued business.
More importantly, we want to thank you for your patience over the past year or so. Increased production demands and personnel issues during the pandemic extended our production lead times well beyond what we have provided in the past. While it has taken longer than expected, we have hired and trained additional production staff which has greatly improved our production capacity. With this increased capacity, we have reduced our lead time.

Production Lead Time:

Currently, our lead time is approximately 15 business days to start production after receipt of your purchase order, parts, and approved artwork. Your ship date is determined by the order size and complexity of your project. If production parts are not available when the order is placed and we have your approved artwork, we can schedule your production start date based on an agreed-upon arrival date of your production parts.

Rush Orders:

With our increased production staff and increased capacity, we are in a better position to take on rush requests (expedite fees may apply). So, please reach out even if your project requires a shorter lead time.
